Renovations for hospitals and clinics

Healthcare buildings never really close. We plan every job with the facilities team so patients, staff and visitors can keep moving around the work.

Healthcare facilities we’ve worked in

  • MUSC Health
  • Prisma Health
  • Providence Health

Work we take on

From a single room to a whole floor, in occupied buildings.

  • Patient rooms and units

Walls, ceilings, flooring, doors and paint, one room or one wing at a time.

  • Clinics and outpatient offices

Exam rooms, waiting areas and front desks updated without closing the practice.

  • Staff and support spaces

Nurse stations, break rooms, offices and storage rooms.

  • Repairs and upkeep

Damaged walls, doors and finishes fixed before they turn into bigger jobs.

How we work in a working hospital

Hospitals don’t close for a renovation, and most offices can’t either. Here’s how we work while people are still inside.

  1. Scheduled around you

We plan work hours with your facilities team or office manager, including evenings and weekends when the building needs it.

  2. The mess stays in the work area

Barriers and floor protection go up before work starts, so dust and debris stay where the work is.

  3. Clean at the end of every day

Hallways, elevators and shared spaces are left clear and clean after every shift.

  4. One person to call

Pedro runs the job and answers your questions. You won't get passed around.
